Group Programs

Autism Education & Parent Support Group

This group is designed for parents who want to better understand autism and learn how to support their child’s growth at every stage.

Together, we explore:

  • How autism presents across childhood, adolescence, and adulthood

  • What developmental needs are common at each stage—and how parents can respond with confidence

  • How to advocate for your child’s needs in the school system, including IEPs, 504s, accommodations, and communication with teachers

  • Practical strategies for supporting emotional regulation, social development, and daily routines

  • How to build a home environment that is validating, predictable, and supportive of neurodiversity

Parents leave with greater clarity, stronger advocacy skills, and more confidence in understanding what their child needs to thrive.

Parenting Through the Teen Years

The teenage years can be challenging for any family—especially when navigating social pressures, identity development, emotional intensity, and shifting levels of independence.

This group helps parents:

  • Understand what teens need developmentally

  • Navigate communication challenges

  • Support autonomy while maintaining appropriate boundaries

  • Recognize signs of stress, anxiety, or depression

  • Strengthen the parent–teen relationship through connection, not conflict

This group is supportive, educational, and practical, giving parents tools they can use at home right away.

Autism Social & Support Groups (Teens, Adolescents, and Adults)

These groups create safe, comfortable spaces for autistic teens, adolescents, and adults to socialize, learn skills, and connect with others who share similar experiences.

In these groups, participants have opportunities to:

  • Build friendships at their own pace

  • Develop social communication skills in a supportive environment

  • Explore identity, self-advocacy, and personal strengths

  • Practice real-life interactions in a judgment-free space

  • Feel understood, validated, and part of a community

Groups are structured, gentle, and inclusive designed to respect sensory needs, communication differences, and each individual’s unique style of social connection.
